The Effective PI Toolkit is now available on Canvas and can be accessed by HHS Principal Investigators (PIs). The toolkit contains information and resources to help PIs (with externally funded awards) effectively manage the administrative aspects of their projects. They are then free to focus on the research without distraction!
This includes resources for:
- building a research team,
- budgeting,
- authorship
- publication,
- and much more.
The toolkit is in a self-guided format. Faculty can access all parts or only the parts that they find most useful. For access to the Effective PI Toolkit, please contact Lisa Walker at lbwalke2@uncg.edu.
