ACADEMIC PROFESSIONAL PROMOTION AND EVALUATION COMMITTEE
Composition: 8 Academic Professional Associate Professors or Professors, one representative from each department.
Six members of shall be elected at large; two will be appointed by the Dean.
A minimum of 1 Academic Professional Full Professor is required (2 preferred). TT faculty members who are at the Associate or Full level may serve when an APT representative is not available.
A minimum of four members of the committee must be AP track faculty.
Term: 2 years; may serve two consecutive terms.

DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION COMMITTEE
Composition: At least seven members, four members elected at-large and three appointed by the HHS dean. At least one member shall be staff, in consultation with the committee co-chairs. Committee members shall be elected and appointed from any rank or position across all departments, offices, and/or programs in HHS.
Term: 2 years; members may extend their service on the committee if reappointed by the dean or re-elected at large by the faculty of the School.
The dean shall appoint committee co-chairs.

ELECTION AND APPOINTMENTS COMMITTEE
The Faculty Senate Elections and Appointments Committee Chair (elections officer), elected by the faculty, will lead the HHS E&A committee. The chair’s term is three years.
The HHS Faculty Assembly Chair will serve as co-chair.
The committee will be comprised of the Elections Officer, the Faculty Assembly Chair, and the past Faculty Assembly Chair.
