  5. Support community health and wellbeing through inclusive, high-impact partnerships and engagement strategies.

  1. Implement integrative best practices to improve support systems for students to thrive.    
  2.  Maintain relationships after graduation to strengthen ongoing engagement.    
  3.  Integrate metrics for goal setting, decision making, and evaluation to support student success.   
  4. Recruit and retain talented students with varied backgrounds, knowledge, and expertise to contribute to the academic community.   
  5. Facilitate student progress with a focus on identifying and reducing barriers for diverse populations to progress in a timely manner.    
  6.  Continue commitment to involve students in community engagement.
