About the Living Learning Community

The Health & Human Sciences Living Learning Community (LLC) is a residential program located in Reynolds Hall where students from across majors within the School of Health and Human Sciences (HHS) live together.

Students participate in shared activities, connect with faculty and advisors, and engage in programs that support their academic and career interests.

Through the HHS Ambassador Program, LLC students are connected with peer mentors who help them navigate college, offer support, and create a strong sense of community from the start. 

Highlights

We have dedicated programming including: pizza with the Dean of the School of Health and Human Sciences, lunch with faculty, and game nights.

Requirements

We support a welcoming and inclusive environment within the School of Health and Human Sciences through education, training, community-building, and continuous improvement. 

Fall semester 

  • HHS 150: Design Your Life III: Enhancing Personal and Academic Success  

Spring semester

Choose one from the following options:  

  • HDF 111: Human Development Across the Life Span  
  • HEA 113: Medical Terminology for Public Health Professionals  
  • NTR 213: Introductory Nutrition 

CATALOG DESCRIPTION OF COURSES

Criteria: A declared major within the School of Health and Human Sciences is required for residence.
