Interdisciplinary courses

OVERVIEW Of Interdisciplinary Courses

Interdisciplinary activities are an important part of the HHS Strategic Plan. These activities help students learn in new ways by combining different subjects and ideas.

Interprofessional Education (IPE) brings students from different health and human science programs together. They work as a team to learn from each other and prepare for real-life careers in health care. This teamwork helps improve health services and patient care (WHO, 2010).

Students take part in seminars, workshops, internships, and other hands-on learning experiences. These activities are made to build strong teamwork and communication skills. The HHS Chairs Council and Curriculum Committee help approve the courses and make sure the programs follow the rules.
