UNC Greensboro is among the Top 10 “Military Friendly” institutions across the country, and now it’s one of the top 10 “Military Spouse Friendly” schools.
“Being recognized with a top 10 designation is something the entire university community contributes to by providing outstanding service to our students. The recognition for serving military spouses is also special as we work to serve our entire military-affiliated population, not just veterans,” says Chris Gregory, director of UNCG’s Military-Affiliated Services office
Military-affiliated students continue to find a welcome home at UNCG. All active duty (including National Guard and reservists and veterans can apply to UNCG without no application fees. Activity-duty, veterans and anyone who uses military educational benefits also get priority registration for classes. In addition, the Military-Affiliated Services office also provides a variety of resources.
