Dr. Jaclyn Maher is the 2023 recipient of the Early Career Distinguished Scholar Award by the North American Society for the Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity.
The award recognizes outstanding achievement of scholars who are still in the earlier stages of their scientific careers. The recipient possesses a record of scholarship that establishes them as a leading scholar among scientists at similar career stages. Evidence includes the innovation of the scholar’s work, and/or the impact the work has had on the field of research, or the application of knowledge.
