Charlotte R. Williams grew up in Eastern North Carolina in Wilson, NC, where her parents still reside. She is the oldest of three – one brother who also lives in Greensboro and one sister who lives on the West Coast. Charlotte has over 15 years of experience in Public Health and Health Education and she most recently completed UNCG’s Health Coach in Healthcare Settings training.

Charlotte has a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health Education from UNCG and a Master of Arts in Education from ECU. She has also done graduate work at Emory University and studied abroad at Oxford University. Charlotte is passionate about helping people maximize their God-given potential and to this end has held positions in the community, health department and school settings. She has had the opportunity to work with the entire age spectrum and in her newest role she serves as a Care Coach with Rite Aid Pharmacy where she coaches clients with Chronic Conditions. She brings creativity and enthusiasm to her work and is a lifelong learner.

Charlotte has the honor of being God-mother to three children; Dorian, Alaysia and Zoe. Charlotte is passionate about families and is the Founder of CRW Strategies, Inc., a Family Development Organization. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the New Testament School of Theology. She is a disciple at The Headquarters of a Church Without Walls, where Prophetess Dr. Felicia Redmon is the pastor. She also has the privilege of serving as the Ministry Leader for Ministry of Families at her church. Lastly, Charlotte is a Theology student pursuing a degree in Christian Education.

Most of all, she is grateful for being adopted into God’s family and thankful for the people he has allowed her to connect with on the journey.
