S. Virginia Wilson Scholarship - School of Health and Human Sciences

The award was established by Ruth C. Wilson, ’25, to honor her sister, S. Virginia Wilson, ’26. Virginia Wilson taught Home Economics at Durham Academy and Salem Academy. She served for 24 years as an Extension Food and Nutrition Specialist at NCSU.

This fund supports undergraduate students in one of the following departments: Undergraduate, Consumer, Apparel & Retail Studies, Human Development and Family Studies, Interior Architecture, Nutrition, and Social Work.
