The Marian K. Solleder Student Professional Development Fund was established in 1998 to honor Dr. Solleder, professor and former head of the Department of Public Health Education from 1966-1980 and as Assistant Dean of the School of Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (now Health and Human Sciences) from 1980-1988. The fund awards student travel to professional development activities.
