The Class of 1969/Marie I. Riley Student Travel Fund

Dr. Riley came to the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) in 1963 and retired in 1988. She was head of the Physical Education Division from 1981-1984 (now Kinesiology) and when it became a department, she was its Acting Head for one year.

This fund supports a student (for attending professional meetings where they are to receive an award or present a paper) in one of the following departments: Undergraduate, Graduate, Community and Therapeutic Recreation, Kinesiology, and Public Health Education.
