This award is named for Hattie S. Parrott, Hattie Moseley Person and Sallie E. Parrot Moseley, 3 Alumni of ‘The Normal’, endowed by Isabelle Moseley Fletcher Perry (’37). Hattie, Hattie, and Sallie were her mother and her aunts.
