Edith S. Hinshaw Endowed Scholarship - School of Health and Human Sciences

Edith S. Hinshaw graduated from WC in 1941 with a degree in General Home Economics. She attended Vanderbilt University on a scholarship and was always impressed that someone cared enough about education to provide funding for her graduate degree.

This award supports a student (preference given to students with financial need) in one of the following departments: Undergraduate, Graduate, Consumer, Apparel & Retail Studies, Human Development and Family Studies, Interior Architecture, Nutrition, and Social Work.
