The D.C. Police Department has hired UNCG PHE Alumna, Diana Karczmarczyk, MPH, CHES, as the department’s first director of employee well-being support. Karczmarczk’s new position will support the agency’s Employee Assistance Program where she  will design, implement and manage the D.C. police department’s well-being programs, focusing on mental and physical health.
