Dr. Tammi Vacha-Haase is Dean of the Graduate College at Boise State University, the largest graduate school in Idaho. Dr. Vacha-Haase is currently an ACE Fellow, a nationally recognized program for emerging leaders in higher education. For her immersion semester, she is working with Chancellor Gilliam and the UNCG leadership team to observe leadership style, crisis management, decision-making, and budget management. The title of Dr. Vacha-Hasse’s talk is “You can have it all… Just not at the same time” and she says: In my presentation I plan to share my journey to this point, highlighting critical moments, challenges and opportunities, and reflections. I’ll make sure to touch on topics such as mentoring, leadership, and navigating both your professional and personal life.

The Women’s Network Leadership Mentoring initiative will pair experienced senior leaders at UNCG with those who are new to their leadership positions or who aspire to higher levels of leadership. Interested mentors and mentees should complete this google form.
