About the Program

The UNCG Department of Social Work has a 25+ year exchange with the University of Strathclyde School of Social Work and Social Policy. Every other year, a UNCG faculty member and a group of UNCG social work students go to Glasgow to study with social work students and faculty. In alternate years, Scottish professors and students come to UNCG for four weeks of study.

During Summer 2016 UNCG students will once again have the opportunity to study in Glasgow for 4 weeks.  Exact dates TBA, but usually early June-early July.  Students will apply for the program through the International Program Center.  Additional information about the application process and program dates will be posted in October.
